RETURNS

At UNIQSOME, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return policy:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of product delivery. The items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to collect the shipment after two attempts, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our return address.
  • Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of services in your area based on the pincode.
  • Any issues related to product quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund to your bank account.
  • A logistic charge of 100 will be deducted from the refund as part of the return process.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please submit a request at UNIQSOME Return Request with a clear photo or video showcasing the defect or issue with the product. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 4-5 working days.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Returned with all tags intact
  • In the same condition as you received it

 

REFUNDS

  • Product Inspection: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Confirmation: Once the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Refund Deductions:

  • A 100 logistic charge will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
  • Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to your bank account.

Important Notes:

  • If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the refund may be declined, and the item will be returned to you.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery will be considered as returns, and refunds will be processed according to our return policy.

EXCHANGES

At UNIQSOME, we understand that sometimes you may want to exchange a product for a different size or style. We’ve made the exchange process easy and hassle-free.

Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn: The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and without any signs of wear.
  • Tags attached: All original tags must still be intact.
  • Condition: The product should be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Exchange Process:

  • Initiate Exchange: To request an exchange, submit a request via our Exchange Portal, specifying the size, color, or style you’d like to exchange for. Attach a clear photo if there is any defect in the item.
  • Approval & Pickup: Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a pickup within 4-5 business days. Please ensure the item is packed properly for return.
  • Inspection & Exchange: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, your exchange item will be dispatched, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Important Notes:

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or opt for a refund.
  • If the product does not meet the exchange criteria, the item will be returned to you.
  • Logistic Charge: A minimal shipping fee of 100 will be applicable for the exchange process to cover logistic costs.
